Every project is unique, and so is its quality plan. We develop bespoke Project Quality Plans (PQPs), complete with detailed procedures, forms, and templates. This includes a thorough review and approval of all contractor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).

3. Supplier & Contractor Quality Vetting:

The integrity of a project depends on its partners. We establish stringent selection criteria for all suppliers and contractors, conduct thorough evaluations, review their quality programs, and continually monitor their performance throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Comprehensive Audit Management:

Accountability is key. We plan and execute internal audits, as well as audits of contractors and suppliers, to ensure compliance with the established quality plan. We also facilitate external audits by clients and other stakeholders, ensuring full transparency.

We believe every project is a learning opportunity. Our team facilitates “lessons learned” sessions, defines and tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), manages risks, and systematically addresses Opportunities for Improvement (OFI) based on performance data and client feedback.

When issues arise, they are addressed swiftly and systematically. We manage the entire process of identifying, tracking, and resolving any non-conformities or deficiencies, including conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

The final step is ensuring a flawless handover. We conduct a detailed review of all quality records during and at the end of the project, culminating in a comprehensive and verified turnover package for the client.
