Minoru Residence – Extended Resident Room Renovation
A targeted renovation of nine single resident rooms in the East Fraser Wing at Minoru Residence to improve infection control, safety, and resident comfort. The upgrades include new flooring, Corian window sills, millwork, and fully renovated washrooms with durable, wipeable finishes. This project enhances the long-term care environment, supports compliance with healthcare standards, and promotes a dignified, safe, and hygienic living space for residents.

Minoru Residence – Millwork Replacement and Entry Upgrade
A comprehensive modernization project addressing aging finishes at Minoru Residence. The work includes replacing kitchen millwork with seamless Corian countertops, upgrading handrails and wall finishes, repainting common areas, and improving accessibility at the front entrance. Designed to meet modern infection control and accessibility standards, this project creates a safer, cleaner, and more inclusive environment for both residents and staff.

Minoru Residence – Downspout and Roof Drain Upgrades
An infrastructure renewal initiative at Minoru Residence focused on preventing water backflow and structural deterioration. The project replaces critical downspouts and roof drains with higher-capacity systems, adds debris collection filters, and enhances stormwater management to mitigate flooding and corrosion risks. This upgrade safeguards resident safety, prevents damage to building systems, and supports environmental resilience through sustainable water management practices.

Richmond Lions Manor Bridgeport – Soiled Utility Room Upgrade
To strengthen infection prevention and control, this project upgrades soiled utility rooms at Richmond Lions Manor Bridgeport with new Meiko Bluewear disinfection machines, modern sinks, and infrastructure enhancements. It also introduces blue basin racks in resident washrooms to streamline hygiene processes. The result is a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable care environment that reduces waste, improves workflow efficiency, and aligns with healthcare best practices.
